Since her debut single “Obedience” in 2012, Jordan has imprinted her sound into the hearts of many.  Her life models her gift: she is an experience of raw musical prowess, that audibly cares as much as she delivers.  It is no wonder that the multitude of her gifts have catapulted her into recording sessions and sanctuaries large and small.  Fan favorites including “Highlights”, “Trust” and her classic Christmas cover, “Do You Hear” provided the foundation to her 2021 EP release, Monday Morning Melodies, a collection of hymns and spiritual songs that provide encouragement, especially at the beginning of the week.

True to her ministry core, Jordan believes that giving back time, effort and talent to the next generation of musicians is paramount. One of the ways she has chosen to share her experience is through Yahweh R.Y.S.E, a nonprofit organization she founded.   Through Yahweh R.Y.S.E., artistic aspiring youth were exposed to leadership and fine arts training from artist industry and ministry professionals.  By the completion of the program, Yahweh R.Y.S.E. was able to introduce three full productions highlighting the gifts of the participants to the Greater Pittsburgh community, produce one feature film and release an album under her creative direction. Though the organization has transitioned, Jordan still has a heart for being an ear and guide for young people. 

Over the last five years, Jordan has partnered with urban and global brands, as a means of spreading the gospel through musical expression. Her most notable recent work includes worship leading and musical supervision for entities such as Glory and Just Worship with Jackie Hill Perry and Lifeway.  Jordan’s transcendent gift, versatility and innovative approach to programming and presenting music are only rivaled by the lasting effect it has on her multicultural, multi-generational audience.

Although music drives her passion, Jordan is a proud native of Pittsburgh and displays the same precision and skill as a brilliant chemical engineer.  She is a full package of technical savvy and warm talent: a gifted vocalist, skilled choir director, accomplished musician, and a powerful songwriter.

You may find it hard to believe that Roosevelt-who stands at a striking 6’8” stature could ever be, “hidden.” Yet the gift of who he is and his heart for the world are testaments of this truth.

From musician, to preaching, to songwriting, producing, musical scoring, composition, or leading worship-Roosevelt is a multi-faceted gift . Raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Roosevelt has always had an affinity for music. Music was a portal he could use to tap into a deeper relationship with self, God, and others. It also was a tool to escape the often inevitable challenges that arise growing up in impoverished inner city environments.

His Mother Joanna was a huge advocate for him to get plugged into the church. She knew that under the leadership of his grandfather and other trusted people submitted to God, they would help steer his life in the right direction. Starting him off playing the drums, and from there, he would add an additional 9 instruments to his skill set.

Roosevelt has never been interested in the spotlight, in fact, his introverted nature is a direct polarity of the explosive experience you have with him as he operates in his God given passions.

As he continues to discover new measures that are on his life, his life’s mission will always remain that God would set him ablaze so that the whole world can watch him burn for Him.
